FAQ's for Inflatables
Q: Can I save money and pick-up the inflatable myself? If so, how hard are they to set up?
A: Yes! As long as you have a vehicle large enough (like a hatchback, minivan, suv or pick-up) it is so easy to pick them up! And set up is like unrolling a sleeping bag & plugging in a fan! They set up within minutes! Rolling them back up is more difficult and you'll need help to get them secured tightly and back into your vehicle for the return. Here are videos to help you!

FAQ's for Fireworks
Q: Can I order fireworks over the internet?
A: Yes! 37 states allow some items to be sold. Please note each state has its own set of guidelines for the sale of consumer, Class C, 1.4g products, so you may want to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Class B fireworks are not available for shipment to any state as they require a pickup along with a BATFE license, DOT transport clearance, and in some cases, radius restrictions.
Q:(Residents of New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Delaware, or Rhode Island) Why Can I not buy fireworks here?
A: State laws do not permit the sale or use of fireworks in your state. The reasons for it vary, but the fact remains, nothing can be done at this time.
Q: How can I know what a particular item will do?
A: Here at 1st Class Fireworks we try to put a detailed description with each of our items. At the store we have videos of each year's preview show, recorded the night of our grand opening.
Q: Do you have a return policy?
A: Our policy is that if something doesn't function properly, costumers can come in and we will either refund them, or exchange the defective product.
Q: Can I ship my fireworks order?

Q: What are your in-season store hours?
A: June 13th through July 6th, 10 A.M. to 10 P.M.
Q: Are you open for the 4th of July, and if so, what are your hours?
A: We open up on the 4th at 9 A.M. and go until the party dies down, which is usually around 11 P.M.
Q: How old do you have to be to buy fireworks?
A: You must be 18 years old. If you are younger than 18, bring someone who is 18 or older to pay for the items.
Q: Do you have Buy One, Get One deals on certain fireworks?
A: Yes, we sure do! Click here to see our 1st Class Deals!
Q: Do you sell by the case, and if so, are there any price breaks?
A: Yes we sell by the case, but with a couple of qualifiers. #1 Large case lot orders must be placed before September 10th for best prices/delivery in the spring. #2 If you have not pre- ordered, and you just show up or call ahead we will sell case lot on goods we can spare. Buying by the case is cheaper for us, so of course it will be for you! Here at 1st Class Fireworks we do our best to give our customers the best possible price on all items. Please do not ask us to sell you lot items that are hard to find, rare, or irreplaceable at any price.
Q: I need help with purchasing Class B, 1.3g goods.
A: Process, process, process. Don't wait until May to think about getting your clearances on federal, state, and local levels to buy Class B. Before buying any Class B items, you have to get a BATFE license, a location that fits legal standards for the storage bunker of the Class B product (which is yet another way 1st Class Fireworks can help you), as well as preparations to actually discharge the items. If you get insurance for the shoot, attend a Class B training session, get your license, and live within 2 hours of our bunker location in Frankfort, IN, we will hold your Class B for you, so you don't have to worry about storage.
Q: Why is shipping so expensive?
A: Freight carriers require hazmat endorsements to move 1.4g goods; that alone is $75, and along with time and gas costs, it can get pricey.
Q: Do you sell quick fuse?
A: We sure do, as well as American made Visco fuse, and plenty of other pyromaniac toys for you to take home.
